Reading Passage: “Cooking Dinner”
In the evening, I cook dinner.
First, I wash my hands.
Then I take vegetables from the fridge.
I cut the onions, garlic, and carrots.
I turn on the stove and heat the pan.
I add oil and start cooking.
Sometimes I boil rice or noodles, too.
When the food is ready, I turn off the stove.
I put the food on plates and eat with my family.
After dinner, I wash the dishes.
