🎶 “Little Red’s Song” 🎶
🎵 Verse 1
🎵 Narrator:
Once upon a time, in a village bright,
Lived a girl in a cloak of red so light ❤️
Everyone knew her wherever she stood,
And called her sweet Little Red Riding Hood.
🎵 Verse 2
👩 Mother:
“Take this basket, full of treats,
Go to Grandma through the trees.
But stay on the path, and don’t delay—
Don’t talk to strangers on the way.”
❤️ Red:
“I promise, Mother! I’ll be good!”
🎵 Narrator:
And off she skipped through the neighborhood.
🎵 Verse 3
🎵 Narrator:
Through the forest, skipping slow,
A sly gray wolf appeared below 🐺
🐺 Wolf:
“Where are you going, little snack?”
❤️ Red:
“To Grandma’s house—just down that track.”
🎵 Verse 4
🎵 Narrator:
The wolf ran fast, took a secret route,
While Red walked on without a doubt.
At Grandma’s door, he knocked three knocks—
And mimicked Red with a cunning fox’s talks.
🎵 Verse 5
👵 Grandmother:
“Who’s there outside my door so wide?”
🐺 Wolf:
“It’s Little Red! Let me inside.”
🎵 Narrator:
He gobbled her up with a wicked grin,
Put on her cap, and tucked himself in.
🎵 Verse 6
🎵 Narrator:
Soon Red arrived with a gentle tap,
And stepped inside for a cozy chat.
❤️ Red:
“Grandma, what big eyes you’ve got!”
🐺 Wolf:
“All the better to see you a lot!”
❤️ Red:
“What big ears you have today!”
🐺 Wolf:
“All the better to hear what you say!”
🎵 Verse 7
❤️ Red:
“What big teeth! So long and white!”
🐺 Wolf:
“All the better to EAT you—right!”
🎵 Narrator:
The wolf jumped out with a growl and roar—
But someone strong rushed through the door!
🎵 Verse 8
🎵 Narrator:
The woodsman heard the frightened scream 🪓
And burst right in like a hero from a dream.
He swung his axe, brave and fast—
The wolf was gone at last!
🎵 Verse 9
🎵 Narrator:
Out popped Grandma, safe and sound.
They hugged and laughed, spinning ’round.
👵 Grandmother:
“Oh my! What a frightful day!”
🎵 Narrator:
But all was well—they were okay.
🎵 Final Verse
🎵 Narrator:
Now Red walks wisely through the trees,
Staying on the path with ease 🌲❤️
She tells her tale so others know—
Beware the wolf, and take it slow!
