🥣🪨 Stone Soup

📜 Script

NARRATOR:
One day, a tired traveler came to a small village.

The people were poor…
and afraid to share what little they had.

🧑 TRAVELER (smiling):
“I will make soup—with just a stone!”

NARRATOR:
The traveler put a pot of water over a fire.
Then—plop!—dropped in a shiny stone.

The villagers watched from their windows.

👩 VILLAGER 1 (whispering):
“Soup from a stone? That’s silly!”

NARRATOR:
The traveler stirred the pot.

🧑 TRAVELER:
“This will be tasty. But a carrot would help…”

NARRATOR:
A woman brought one carrot.

Then the traveler said:
“A potato would make it better.”

NARRATOR:
A boy brought a potato.
Then someone added salt.
Then cabbage… then onions!

NARRATOR:
Soon, the pot was full of bubbling, yummy soup!

Everyone smelled the delicious scent.

NARRATOR:
The traveler smiled and said:

🧑 TRAVELER:
“Stone soup is best…
when everyone shares!”

That night, the villagers all ate together.

They laughed, told stories, and felt warm inside.

They learned:
Sharing turns nothing… into something wonderful.

THE END.
