🎶 “The Clever Rabbit and the Loyal Turtle” 🎶
🎵 Verse 1
Narrator:
In the deep blue sea so wide,
Lived a Dragon King with pride 🐉.
But one day he got quite ill—
And the doctors spoke so still:
👩⚕️ Doctors:
“Only a rabbit’s liver will do,
To heal our king and make him new!”
🎵 Verse 2
Narrator:
The sea creatures gasped, “What now?”
“Where will we find one? Tell us how!”
Then a turtle raised his head,
Brave and loyal, and he said:
🐢 Turtle:
“I will go and search the land,
I’ll bring a rabbit with my hand!”
🎵 Verse 3
Narrator:
He climbed the shore so slow and round,
And in the forest, a rabbit he found 🐇.
🐢 Turtle:
“Noble rabbit, come with me,
To the palace undersea!
There are treasures, games, and more—
Wonders you have never seen before!”
🎵 Verse 4
Narrator:
The rabbit smiled, curious too,
He rode the turtle through the blue.
But when they reached the palace gate,
The creatures cheered—it felt like fate!
🐇 Rabbit:
“Why did you bring me here today?”
🐢 Turtle (nervously):
“Your liver… might cure the King, they say…”
🎵 Verse 5
Narrator:
The rabbit paused, but then he smiled,
And tricked them with a story wild.
🐇 Rabbit:
“Oh no! My liver’s not inside—
I left it in a tree to hide!
We rabbits take them out each night,
To run and hop and stay so light!”
🎵 Verse 6
Narrator:
The sea folk blinked. “Is that true?”
The turtle said, “I’ll go with you!”
They swam back up to land once more—
But the rabbit dashed off from the shore!
🐇 Rabbit:
“Foolish turtle, don’t you see?
No one takes their liver off like me!”
🎵 Verse 7
Narrator:
The turtle bowed his head in shame,
But no one ever spoke with blame.
The King admired both heart and brain,
Their tale lived on in sun and rain.
Narrator:
Now turtles are noble, brave, and wise 🐢,
And rabbits are clever with sparkling eyes 🐇✨.
