NARRATOR:
One day, a donkey found a lion’s skin in the forest.
He put it on and looked in the water.
🫏 DONKEY (thinking):
“I look like a real lion! Now everyone will fear me!”
NARRATOR:
He walked to the farm.
The cows, goats, and sheep saw him and ran away in fear.
The donkey laughed. It was fun to pretend.
NARRATOR:
But then he wanted to speak.
🫏 DONKEY:
“Hee-haw! Hee-haw!”
NARRATOR:
The animals stopped.
They heard the donkey’s voice.
ANIMALS:
“That’s not a lion! That’s just a donkey!”
NARRATOR:
They came back and chased him away.
NARRATOR (ending):
Clothes can hide the outside,
but your voice and actions show who you really are.
