👑🌱 The Princess and the Pea
📜 Script
NARRATOR:
Once upon a time, a prince wanted to marry a real princess.
He met many girls, but something was always not right.
NARRATOR:
One stormy night, knock knock!
A girl stood at the castle door.
She was wet, cold, and muddy.
👧 PRINCESS (shivering):
“I’m a real princess… may I stay here tonight?”
NARRATOR:
The queen looked at the girl.
She said nothing, but had a plan.
She went to the guest room.
NARRATOR:
She placed one tiny pea on the bed…
then she stacked 20 mattresses on top!
The girl climbed up and went to sleep.
NARRATOR:
In the morning, the queen asked:
👵 QUEEN:
“How did you sleep, dear?”
👧 PRINCESS:
“Not well! Something hard was under me.
I couldn’t sleep at all!”
NARRATOR:
The queen smiled.
Only a real princess would feel a tiny pea!
NARRATOR (ending):
So the prince married her.
And the pea?
It was saved in a glass box—just in case!
Even the smallest things…
can show who we truly are.
