Warm-Up Activity: Two Truths and a Lie 

Instruction: The student will share two truths and one lie about themselves while the teacher guesses which one is the lie. Example:

  • I love basketball.
  • I have a twin brother.
  • I can play the piano.

 

Note for teachers: Encourage students to explain why they guessed a particular statement.
