Scenario #1: Calling a Real Estate Agent

Opening the Call

  • “Hello, I’m new to the area and I’d like to ask a few questions about the neighborhood.”
  • “Hi, I’m looking for some information about this area. Do you have a moment?”

Asking About Safety and Security

  • “How safe is this neighborhood?”
  • “Are there any security concerns I should be aware of?”
  • “Is there a neighborhood watch program?”
  • “What is the crime rate like around here?”

Asking About Grocery Stores and Restaurants
